Sean is an attorney at Blaies & Hightower who practices primarily in the area of civil litigation. His specific area of practice is insurance defense. He is licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
Sean received his Bachelor of Arts in European History from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. He earned his Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law. While in law school, Sean participated in various mock trial competitions.
Since graduating from law school, Sean has utilized his license and educational background to work in various capacities and industries including: in the Intergovernmental Relations Division for Governor Abbott when he was the Attorney General, to serve as a prosecutor in Travis County where he had the opportunity to participate in over 50 jury trials, to help build an impressive client list in the title insurance industry and in real estate development. Desiring a return to the courtroom Sean brings his myriad of experiences to the firm.
