Bernadette “Bernie” Boutier, RN, is the firm’s in-house legal nurse consultant. She utilizes her clinical nursing and nursing management experience to assist with the firm’s medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
Bernie received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at El Paso, College of Nursing and Allied Health and served honorably as an active duty military member in the United States Army Judge Advocate General Corps. Bernie has co-authored several articles and papers with the firm’s attorneys, including Preparing a Nursing Negligence Expert Report in Six Paragraphs, which was published in The Journal of Legal Nurse Consulting.
