Our firm handles appeals and original proceedings in federal and state courts within all areas of the firm’s civil litigation practice. Our appellate attorneys have prior clerkship experience with the Texas Supreme Court, and both federal and states courts of appeals, as well as significant experience in briefing and arguing cases before state and federal courts of appeals, the Texas Supreme Court, and the United States Supreme Court.
